“Death Penalty”

            It is a form of punishment in the past through hanging a person, cutting the head, electric chair, in the spanish period we have what we call garrote. It is a method of execution by strangulation, and lastly lethal injection. This form of punishment was suspended in the time of our former President Cory Aquino and after years of suspension our President Rodrigo R. Duterte decided to bring back this policy again, and it has been handed over to the senate for the decision of the legislative body of the Government. Death penalty are for the people who show no respect for the law. A rapist, child abuser, murderer may get imprisoned for life but still they can enjoy their lives in prison, knowing what happened inside the new bilibid prison. Death penalty will make them think twice.
