New Year
This coming season of celebration is commonly observed in Philippines. Filipino people are buying many fireworks to celebrate New Year although there are many accident of risk to celebrate New Year in Philippines Because of fireworks, stray bullet or any others.
In fact, the most victims of that are those drunk men or sometimes kids. Because they didn’t know what is the consequence of that.
That’s why President Rodrigo Roa. Duterte ban the fireworks in the Davao city. To minimize the risk or the accident to celebrate New Year except of fireworks he introduces the torotot festival to celebrate New Year in Davao city. This is not a harmful material this is easy to use all you need to do is blowing the horn in then it will make a sound. For me this is very happy because this is not harmful.
